With a decade of experience, Candis has established herself as a sought-after speaker in the real estate industry. Her journey began with a partnership with Diversified Housing, a Baltimore County non-profit, where she empowered over 50 first-time homebuyers in each class. Candis' passion for giving back and sharing her expertise has driven her to consistently deliver encouragement and valuable insights to her audiences.

Through her collaborations with Diversified Housing, local County Libraries, and other organizations, Candis has expanded her reach and made a lasting impact. She has also partnered with Baltimore City non-profits, such as Harbel Housing, and local churches to support homebuyers. Today, Candis remains committed to educating and inspiring her community.

Reaching New Heights on Praise 106.1
In 2020, Candis launched her own real estate radio show on Praise 106.1, a Radio One station. Every Sunday from 1-2 pm, she shared her expertise with her listeners, covering a wide range of real estate topics. The goal of the show was to educate, inform, and inspire individuals to take control of their real estate journey.
To provide a well-rounded perspective, Candis invited guests from various fields, including mortgage experts, title companies, bankruptcy attorneys, credit repair specialists, home inspectors, and more. The response was overwhelming – listeners were thrilled to gain a deeper understanding of real estate and felt empowered to pursue their dreams of buying or selling a home.
